The Server is Unjoinable

Well, guys, I used to be a pretty active member of the server, during the summer vacation. I sobered in inactivity for a little while, in early September. Now, everytime I try joining the server, I get: "Connection timed out: Connect." I've tried many, many times... going from shutting down minecraft.exe, my computer, or simply try again. I'm not really here to complain, it's just that I really loved this server, and I'd love to be able to join it once more. Got ideas? Thanks.
